Delete immediately in the app


  1. Open Big Bold Tasks.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the permanent action and confirm.


The app removes the server account, credentials, cloud-saved tasks and task photos, clears that account’s local task cache on the current device, and attempts to cancel linked reminders and calendar events. Other accounts are not affected.


Cannot sign in? Submit the form. The response is intentionally neutral and never reveals whether an email address has an account.

What deletion covers

The account profile, email credential hash when applicable, authentication association, cloud-saved tasks, task photos, and other account data controlled by Big Bold Tasks are deleted. In-app deletion also clears the current device’s task cache, cached identity, reminders, and linked calendar events for that account.


What may remain

Calendar events or reminders on unavailable devices may need to be removed on those devices. Limited records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documenting completion of a privacy request.
