Simple terms for focused work.

These terms govern use of Big Bold Tasks, including its account, productivity, trial, and subscription features.

Using Big Bold Tasks

You may use Big Bold Tasks for lawful personal and business productivity. You are responsible for the task information, phone numbers, photos, calendar changes, and other content you add, and for reviewing reminders and calendar events before relying on them.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in information secure and provide accurate account information. You may sign out at any time or permanently delete your account from Account settings. Account deletion does not by itself cancel an active Apple or Google subscription.

Free trial and subscription

When offered by Apple, eligible new subscribers can receive a 14-day free trial on a monthly or yearly plan. Apple determines trial eligibility and displays the actual price and renewal terms before confirmation. After the trial, the selected subscription automatically converts to the price displayed by Apple and renews monthly or yearly, as selected, until canceled. Users who are not eligible may be charged immediately if they confirm a purchase. Taxes and localized pricing may apply.

Billing, cancellation, and restoration

Apple or Google processes payment through the store account used to subscribe. You can manage or cancel from Account → Manage Subscription or the platform’s subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise. Use Restore Purchases to recover an active subscription associated with the same store account.

Service availability

Big Bold Tasks may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. Calendar availability, reminders, transcription, and other device or network services can fail or be delayed. The service is provided without a guarantee that every task, reminder, appointment, or transcription will be error-free.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material updates will use a revised effective date. Questions can be submitted through the Account Deletion and Privacy Request form.
